Service agreement

Terms of service

These terms govern access to VeriTriage, including evidence analysis, incident records, team workspaces, and paid subscriptions.

Effective 17 July 2026

Authority and permitted use

Users must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any organisation they add. VeriTriage may be used only with evidence, systems, calls, and workspaces the user is permitted to access. Do not upload authentication secrets, payment-card data, unnecessary personal data, unlawful material, or confidential data you are not authorised to process.

Evidence, analysis, and decisions

VeriTriage helps organise supplied evidence and identify possible technical or operational causes. Findings, confidence labels, and recommended actions are decision support, not a guarantee of root cause, service availability, legal compliance, or business outcome. Users must verify findings before acting.

Accounts and workspaces

Users are responsible for account security and workspace membership. Workspace owners control access, purchasing, settings, and data. Activity may be recorded in an audit trail. Access can be suspended where needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.

Subscriptions and purchasing

Paid plans renew for the selected monthly or annual term until cancelled. Prices, taxes, currency, included limits, and renewal details are shown before purchase. Self-service billing is handled through Stripe. Quotes, purchase orders, invoices, bank transfers, and other company requirements apply only when confirmed in writing.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Security, legal, provider, or maintenance needs may require changes. Material changes to paid functionality or these terms will be communicated when reasonably practicable.

Ownership

Customers retain rights in content they submit. They grant VeriTriage the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service. The VeriTriage product, branding, software, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, VeriTriage is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, unsupported decisions made from unverified findings, or third-party systems outside its control. For paid business customers, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the previous 12 months unless a signed order states otherwise.

Termination

Users may cancel through the billing portal. Access normally continues until the paid period ends. We may suspend or terminate material misuse, non-payment, security threats, or unlawful activity. See the cancellation and refund policy.
